Concerts!

We’ve had a very busy summer of concerts, which have all been amazing & so much fun! We started off with Zac Brown Band at Red Rocks, though we missed Taryn who was in Oklahoma with baby Henry.

Next, we were lucky enough to head to Sports Authority Field at Invesco (where the Broncos play) to see Eric Church and Kenny Chesney!! It was an amazing concert, even despite me having to wear two different “boots” (you’ll see below).

Then we headed up to Cheyenne Frontier Days in WY and saw Joe Nichols & Toby Keith – another favorite of ours! A very fun night with great friends.

Celebrate!!

We all headed out to Arizona to meet little Brynnley, and to have a fun (and hot) family vacation! We all had so much fun together and kept extremely busy, despite having a newborn around. Thank goodness for the pool in the backyard, the boys spent many hours swimming each day. They also had fun playing dodgeball, and the “older” boys headed to an evening Diamondbacks vs. Rockies game (we won’t talk about who won).

We also loaded up the cars and headed to a beautiful resort in Tucson to celebrate the 4th of July. We had so much fun swimming, going down water slides & relaxing in the lazy river – not to mention night swimming while watching an amazing firework display!

I loved spending my 35th Birthday with everyone, and we even celebrated with a few fireworks/sparklers at home. Such a wonderful day, I was definitely spoiled.

At the very end of the trip we were lucky enough to be able to spend a day with Grandma Olha, who made a quick trip to AZ to meet baby Brynnley. A great way to end our trip…

Homerun!!

This year’s Baseball season was very exciting for Jake, he finally got to leave the “T” behind and play coach-pitch!! He had a great new coach, who is an athletic trainer & coach for the Air Force Academy, and he played so well – including some really BIG hits. Very proud of him!

Brynnley Elizabeth Johnson

A very special little girl was welcomed in to our family, my beautiful new niece Brynnley Elizabeth Johnson was born on June 18, 2013. What a miracle this little girl is, not to mention adorable! We are so excited to head out to Arizona in a few weeks to meet her!

Father's Day!

Happy Father’s Day to the one of the best Dads I have ever know, our boys are SO extremely lucky to have him as their dad!!

Birthday Bash 2013!!

The annual charity event that I help with, The Children’s Museum’s Birthday Bash, was so much fun this year! We had a great group there and even lucked out with pretty good weather.

Some might notice the "guest of honor" as coach George Karl of the Nuggets :)
