Night Out with the Broncos

Last week we went to another charity event, this one was a night out with Jay Cutler (Broncos Quarterback) and a few of his teammates - I think Jason was in heaven! We got lots of signatures on a Broncos hat for Jake, which means we now need to buy Jake a new hat since he can never wear this hat again (says his Dad). It was a fun night out with good friends!

Western Fantasy!

We had an amazing night out last weekend, and were lucky enough to go to a charity event called "Western Fantasy" that raised money for Volunteers of America. There was a live auction, great dinner, and even a concert by Dierks Bentley. I was lucky enough to have a center stage spot for when Dierks Bentley was singing, and he even ended up taking my camera and taking a self-picture of the two of us from stage! The other great thing is that Taryn won a trip to the Country Music Awards this year, so I am lucky enough to go with her - we leave in less than 2 weeks!! A very fun night...

Happy Halloween!

Jake had a great Halloween, his first official time Trick-Or-Treating!! We celebrated all week long leading up to the actual day, even including a party at Jason's office.

Pumpkin Patch

This past weekend we had a great time at the Littleton Historical Museum, where they had a pumpkin patch, mini corn maze, and lots of fun animals! Jake had a great time, and we all enjoyed the beautiful fall weather.

Jake had a great time carving pumpkins for the first time, and was a great helper!! And the finished product didn't turn out too bad...

Jake is 2 Years Old!!

Our little guy is 2 years old!! Jake is so much fun and brightens our day everyday. Unfortunately he was pretty sick for his birthday, but definitely seemed to perk up for presents and cupcakes! He got one present a day early since the weather was so nice, a pretty nice truck for a two year old. :)

6-Year Anniverary!!

Jason and I celebrated our 6-Year Anniversary on 10/19! We had a wonderful day, and the weather was beautiful - just like the day we were married! We went out to a great dinner, where we cooked our own steaks on a hot stone at our table and had a nice night out just the two of us. It's been a terrific six years, and we have many more great ones to come!
