Happy Birthday Jason!!

Happy 32nd Birthday to Jason!! It was a very chilly night (about 6 degrees out), but we had a good birthday dinner and then lots of fun opening presents & having cake at home. Jake didn't quite get this it was Daddy's birthday and not his, but he enjoyed it all the same!

The beginning of the Holiday Season...

We had a busy first weekend for the Holiday Season, it was chilly but we had a lot of fun! First, we went to "Santa's Village" at Rachelle's work in Greenwood Village. Jake wsan't so sure of Santa, but we had a great time!





Next, we went to the "Winter Wonderlights" show at the Wildlife Experience. Jake loved all of the lights and saw tons of animals. He did much better with Santa, and loved "watching" the elves.

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving, we spent the day with great friends and then went to watch the Broncos beat the Giants! Thanks to Taryn for having us over to her new house for Thanksgiving, and great to see Jace & Doug who flew in from Arkansas!!

Jake's first visit to the dentist

Well, we finally took Jake to his first dentist appointment to see Dr. Brian. Jake did pretty good until they really tried to clean his teeth, so we'll hope that in 6 months he'll do a little better.

Reed's Adoption

Well, it has been 6 months and Reed's adoption is official!! We were lucky enough to be able to be a part of the special day and helping Taryn & Reed celebrate. We are so happy for both of them!

Fall!!

Jake was nice enough to "help" us rake some leaves, I can't say he really helped that much, but we had fun!!





We also had an early Thanksgiving celebration with Jason's family since Rebecca & Wes were in town for the weekend. It's always great to get the family together.

Halloween Week

We had a busy Halloween week, including a big snow storm that dropped over 2 feet of snow at our house! Jake had a great time dressing up as an "Army Guy", and definitely has trick or treating down!

Jake turns 3!!

Hard to believe, but our "little guy" Jake is now 3 years old! He had quite the week celebrating, and loved having his cousins, aunt and uncle here for his super fun birthday party at "The Hop".
